Australian Orders
Standard delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $300.
For all orders under $300:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $14
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your tracking information.

International Orders
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $45 per order and are shipped via DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
RETURNS
Return Policy
We want you to love your Recollect purchase and wear it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we will happily provide an online store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for Australian customers, or 28 days for international customers.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
Please read product descriptions carefully to fully understand the details when shopping online.
- We do not offer returns on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not offer returns or an exchange sale items.
- We do not offer refunds, only store credits.
Cost of return
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and The Recollect is not liable for loss or damage in return transit (so we recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number).
When do I get my credit?
Please allow 4 business days for a credit note to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us.
Faulty or incorrect items
We are so sorry if your Recollect purchase is not perfect.
Please contact hello@therecollect.com.au with your order number and images of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
